David began his real estate career over 25 years ago. Along the way he has earned his GRI and Broker licenses. Going the extra mile to become an expert in real estate, Mr. Parker obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. This designation represents his proficiency in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, valuation, investment analysis and asset management and establishes David as an expert in commercial real estate. The CCIM designation is held by only 6% of the over 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide and by only eight (8) in the Prescott/Prescott Valley/Chino Valley area.
As a recognized expert in commercial real estate, development and leasing, David assists clients with their individual commercial real estate needs.

David graduated from the University of Detroit with a bachelors in Humanities. A dedicated athlete, David began playing football at the tender age of nine (9) and pursued his passion through college. Mixing in Little League baseball along the way, coached by his father, these endeavors helped to shape his motivation toward and compassion for children. As a Little League coach and AYSO soccer coach, David feels a compelling responsibility to give back to his community. Mr. Parker assists within the Justice Court system and is an avid supporter of Stepping Stones Agencies domestic violence shelter, the MS Foundation and the North Shore Animal League.
David enjoys travelling, quad riding, fishing, being outdoors, golf and most recently took up scuba diving in an effort to explore real estate under the sea.
