Prescott is rich in Arizona history and tourist traffic remains consistently high especially during the summer months when many activities occur in the downtown area such as the Frontier Days Rodeo and Parade.  There are local hotels and motels to accommodate the traveler but demand remains high and hotel owners have seen Prescott as a valuable place to locate.  Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Forest Villas and Spring Hill Suites by Marriott are just a few of the hotels doing business in Prescott.

In addition to all the fine large and small businesses in the community Prescott has added a WestCor shopping center to its landscape.  Sears, Dillards, JC Penney, World Market, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy and a variety of smaller shops and food vendors fill the grounds.  The Room Store is currently under construction and will soon open its doors.  Additional pads are available.  For more information
