David L Parker, Broker/Owner has over 25 years of working in the Commercial Real Estate arena. He has been instrumental in the development of the Petroglyph Business Park which among others now has the Highgate Retirement Resort. There are still vacant land parcels to be developed which will most likely house various doctors, dentists, etc.
In addition David's various developments (The Gardens at Willow Creek: a 55 and older single family and condo development) he has brought Lowe's into the city of Prescott. Even though this took a little over 3 and 1/2 years to accomplish the efforts have been appreciated by many in the Prescott area.
